About RECivil Pty Ltd

RECivil was formed in the early 2000’s as a partnership between Nac Panopoulos and Greg McGill. Initially gaining R1 Vic Roads prequalifications enabling them to begin operations, early projects included rehabilitation of Wangaratta -Whitfield Road at the King Valley in North-East of Victoria. Some employees that worked on this first project are still currently working with us from those early beginnings.

Over the years RECivil has expanded from being based at Greg McGill’s property west of Echuca to its current site of 11 Despatch Street, Echuca. The facilities at Echuca which has workshop and office facilities. RECivil currently employ approximately 50 personnel ranging  from Labourers, Operators, Supervisors, Engineers and Office Staff.

Our prequalification level has now gone to R3 national, so our projects have become more varied and challenging. The link above to previous projects will show some of the more challenging work we have undertaken like Yarara Gap Road, Jingellic in NSW or some roundabouts we have constructed in Northern Victoria.

We have very strong focus to the Northern and Western half of Victoria with VicRoads, various municipalities and southern NSW with RMS and regional shires.
